Product & Replacement Policy
• 5–7 working days required for order dispatch.
• 6 Months Colour Warranty included.
• For long-lasting colour, avoid direct contact with chemicals such as body spray, perfume, makeup spray, etc.
• The jewellery can be recoloured/repolished at a nearby gold shop if required. However, with proper care and depending on usage, the colour can remain intact for approximately 4–5 years.
• A proper unboxing/opening video is mandatory to claim any replacement.
• No Refund & No Return once the order is delivered.
• In case of damage or size-related issues, replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Replacement is subject to verification of the unboxing video and the product condition.
