Nilis Jewellery is a designer fashion jewellery brand based in Kolkata. We specialize in 1.5 gm gold polish jewellery, including necklaces, earrings, rings, bangles, sankha, chains, and more. All designs are handcrafted and uniquely curated.
We do not offer customizations. All products are sold as per available designs and stock.

Ordering & Payment

Orders can be placed only through WhatsApp at 8777296937 / 7980182530.
You can explore our collections on our official website, Instagram, Facebook Live, and YouTube.
All payments must be made in full before dispatch. Available payment modes include bank transfer, UPI, and other verified gateways shared over WhatsApp.

Shipping & Delivery

Products are dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Delivery takes 4–6 business days depending on location.
We will provide tracking details once your order is shipped.

Returns & Exchange

Due to the nature of our jewellery and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges unless there’s a manufacturing defect. Please inspect the product video/images before confirming the purchase.

Warranty

All Nilis Jewellery pieces come with a 6-month to 1-year color warranty, depending on the product. Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, water exposure, perfumes, or rough handling.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content shared by Nilis are the property of the brand. You may not copy, reuse, or reproduce our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Nilis Jewellery shall not be held liable for any damages arising from use or misuse of products. All purchase decisions are made at the customer’s discretion.
